We had a busy month up to Halloween break when we hosted our very successful Open Evening and we look forward to welcoming many new pupils in the years ahead.
We celebrated Maths Week and 3rd to 6th Class pupils participated in the Schools' Cross Country event.  5th and 6th Class went to 'Jesus Christ Superstar' performed by Pres Secondary and High School students.  Pupils dressed up for Halloween and watched a spooky movie together before the hols.
We entered Art Competitions in the Credit Union and the local Lions Club.  We welcomed our new SNA Kye who brought her much loved 'singing bowls' to enhance our school environment.
Our School Harvest was led by Revd. Mike O'Meara in Old St. Mary's Church and we thank Revd. Mike, Shirley and George from the church for facilitating us and giving the children lovely treats in the day.
The volunteers from the local Soup Kitchen came to the Harvest and accepted our donations of non-perishable goods for this worthy cause.
Revd. Mike made the Harvest most interactive for the children by including games, stories, children reading, singing and playing recorders.
We gave thanks for our warm homes and all the people who nurture our pupils.
Pupils, staff, families and locals came together for this annual event before the Halloween break.
